CWS training SECOND level (Instructor: A.Crisi)
The Level 2 workshop focuses on basic interpretation and diagnostic meaning of the various indices, percentages, and ratios reviewed and scored during Level 1 workshops. Case studies are utilized to apply knowledge throughout the training sequence.

* Sessions will last 3-hours and 30-minutes long, with a brief break offered at the mid-point of each session. Approximately 2 hours of independent reading and exercises will be completed between sessions.

Learning Objectives for Level 2
By the end of this Level 2, participants will be able to:
1. Successfully calculate the major indices of the WDCT, Crisi Scoring System.
2. Successfully complete the Analyses of Sequence 1 and 2.
3. List and described the interpretive meaning of the 6 CWS Box Codes.
4. Identify Level of Response Process (1-4) utilized in test completion.
5. List and describe the major components of CWS computer-bases scoring output, including Analyses of Sequence 1 and 2, Computations and Indices, Comparison between ADP and AFF area, IST, Global Assessment, and WIP.
6. Describe the diagnostic meaning of the major calculated indices of the WDCT.
7. Understand and describe the diagnostic meaning of Order of Sequence.
8. Understand and describe the diagnostic meaning of the Analysis of Sequence 1 and 2.
9. Calculate and interpret Wartegg Index of Psychopathology (WIP) placement for administered protocols.
10. Identify significant differences between ADP and AFF area scores, based upon CWS
interpretive strategy and normative data.
11. Describe interpretative meaning of significant differences between ADP and AFF area scores.
12. Identify CWS scores, computations, and ratios that fall outside the normative and expected ranges of functioning, applying CWS interpretive strategy to clinical cases.
13. Compare client scores to normative data as a basis of clinical interpretation, identifying personality traits, strengths, and challenges (via clinical case application).
14. Describe impact of special scores on interpretation of CWS Box Codes.
15. Identify similarities and differences between USA normative sample and Italian normative sample (considering cultural factors involved)
Prerequisite Training
The training is open to mental health professionals and graduate students training to be mental health professionals. Attendees must have completed the CWS Level 1 workshop or have obtained independent study or consultation from Dr. Crisi or Dr. Palm (U.S. Representative of IIW).
Continuing Education
This workshop qualifies for 13 hours of Type I CE credits for psychologists. Alliant International University is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Alliant International University maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
Participants will be expected to keep their cameras on throughout the workshop, and in and out times will be recorded by the presenter. In addition, participants will complete an attendance Attestation Statement at the conclusion of the training sequence, attesting to their participation, completion of all required independent learning activities, and verifying attendance. To receive CEs, participants must be present for all instruction, and complete all independent portions of the workshop. CE credits are available for $20, payable at the time of training, or during online registration.
Location
This workshop will be presented online, via an online e-learning platform. Upon registration, detailed information will be sent to participants providing instructions to access learning sessions.

As multiple Level 2 trainings are offered simultaneously, please carefully check the dates of the sequence you are registering for!
Cancellation Policy
Registrations received prior to February 20th will be offered 50% refund, or full credit to be used toward a future CWS training. Registrations received on or after February 20th, 2023, will be considered non-refundable. (Should unforeseen circumstances arise post-registration, it may be possible to credit registration payments toward a future CWS training).
