Registration Procedures and Fees
Interested participants can register for a Consultation Group via the online registration portal: https://sc-cca-com.3dcartstores.com/Clinical-Consultation_c_12.html.
Once a group sequence has reached capacity (i.e., 5 registered participants), the group consultant will contact group member to communicate logistics and organize presentation schedules.
The cost of each Consultation Group sequence (inclusive of all 5 meetings) is $250. Full payment will be required upon registration. Fees for group participation will not be pro-rated, and refunds will not be offered should a participant be unable to attend one or more scheduled sessions.

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions scheduled in their consultation sequence.
Structure of Consultation Groups
During the Consultation Group sequence, each participant will have the opportunity to present a clinical case and actively participate in the discussion of the other four cases presented by colleagues.
At the beginning of each Consultation sequence, a schedule of presentations will be created, with presenters scheduled in alphabetical order (by last names of participants).
Each Consultation Group meeting will be structured in the following manner:
• 10-15 minutes will be reserved for questions about the technical aspects of scoring and computations.
• 75-80 minutes will be devoted to the discussion of the presented clinical case.

Participants’ Guidelines for Case Presentations
Ten days before the scheduled meeting, the presenting participant will select a clinical case to present, sending the corresponding scored Wartegg protocol to the IIW for review. The IIW, within a short time, will review the protocol, making any necessary revisions to the scoring, and return the protocol to the participant with the computations completed.
Seven days before the Consultation Group meeting, the presenter (with the consent of the client and with the greatest respect for his or her privacy), will share the following materials with group participants:
• Scanned copies of the Wartegg protocol (including Wartegg test, typed Picture Gallery, Scoring, Computations);
• Results of other relevant administered tests (e.g., Rorschach structural summary, MMPI-2 profiles, AAP transcript);
• Brief background of the client, context of the assessment, and explanation of the reasons that led him or her to participate in the assessment.

Further Information
Questions, concerns, or inquiries related to the IIW Consultation Group sequences may be directed to the IIW Secretary at iiw@wartegg.com.
